Full-stack developer transitioning from a 20-year U.S. Army career in
information systems, technical leadership, and mission-critical
operations. I combine hands-on experience building web applications,
workflow automation, and Power Platform solutions with more than 15
years of experience leading teams, administering systems, and
improving technology-driven processes.
My recent work includes responsive JavaScript applications that manage
user-entered data and integrate external APIs, as well as an
enterprise equipment-management solution built with Power Apps and
SharePoint to replace a 1,400-record Excel workflow. I bring a
practical focus on reliability, accessibility, security,
documentation, and user-centered design while continuing to expand my
full-stack and React capabilities.
Projects
These projects demonstrate how I turn practical problems into
responsive, interactive web applications. They include financial tools
that manage user-entered data and consume external APIs, along with
earlier projects that strengthened my foundations in semantic HTML,
CSS, JavaScript, accessibility, and interface design.
Personal Finance Dashboard
A responsive financial dashboard built as a companion to the
Account Transaction Ledger. It brings stock, precious-metal, and
currency-exchange data from multiple external APIs into one
interface, providing a centralized view of key market information.

Present
Designing and developing the Army Logistics & Hardware
Resources Management System (ALHRMS), a Power Apps and
SharePoint solution intended to replace a 1,408-record Excel
equipment tracker; currently documenting and stabilizing the
data model before expanding transaction and workflow logic.
Designed transaction workflows for equipment issuance,
turn-in, permanent transfer, user acceptance, disputes, and
timestamped audit logging using Power Fx and direct Patch
operations.
Led the migration of more than 2 TB of data across 17
departments to a cloud-based solution, coordinating timelines,
permissions, and folder structures without service
interruption during a six-week period.
Developed an Excel/VBA application that automated hand-receipt
generation for equipment issuance, saving more than 300 labor
hours annually and improving data accuracy by 85%.
Lead daily operations for a three-person IT support team
serving approximately 400 students each day, more than 5,300
students annually, 140 instructors, and 25 executive staff
across 19 Army courses.
Managed the lifecycle of $127K in IT assets and built an
autonomous GhostCast imaging solution using WinPE scripting
and network lockdown, improving deployment workflows across
approximately 800 systems.
Created and maintained monitoring tools for system
connectivity and account health, reducing disabled accounts by
75%.
Served as acting department head during a leadership
deployment and mentored seven junior team members, helping

Automated account provisioning for more than 5,200 students
annually using Excel/VBA and PowerShell, eliminating
repetitive data entry, reducing human error, and saving
thousands of labor hours.
Developed Excel/VBA and PowerShell tools used across the
organization for asset tracking, compliance monitoring,
reporting, and Active Directory object creation.
Served as interim Information Systems Supervisor during
COVID-19, coordinating $3.8M in enterprise IT initiatives,
including infrastructure upgrades, device deployments, and
cloud-service migrations without disrupting daily operations.
Implemented an IT support ticket-tracking system for more than
600 users, improving resolution time by 30% and reducing
unresolved requests by 25%.
Managed the complete lifecycle of more than 470 systems valued
at over $1M, including acquisition planning, configuration,
accountability, deployment, refresh, and decommissioning.

limited staffing.
Designed and executed an independent imaging and deployment
plan for 150 laptops supporting pre-deployment medical
